It' the time of year when many of us are thinking about how Christmas will affect our weight and fitness. Eating lots and exercising less measn it is inevitable that we will fall off the wagon a little.
As a result we consider shelving our regime until that magic New Year period when all the glutony is behind you!
This is madness!! Why sabotage yourself now. It would be better to simply adjust your regime a bit. You could go walking with the family around the Christmas period, have a few drinks less at the Christmas Party.
Don't kid yourself that whatever you do now will be easy to shift in January. You know how hardit is, so make it a little easier for yourself.
bove all though, you can really enjoy eating and drinking over the festive season if you balance it out with a bit of exercise here and there!
So keep going for the time being!
