Do you want the short answer?! Well the answer is at the end of the post, but let me explain... I read an article about health and fitness the other day. (names witheld to protect the innocent!) They stated that if you ate three cheesburgers a day and two cans of coke, you should cut down to two cheeseburgers and one can of coke. If you want to lose weight! That, ladies and gentlemen is a great example of the huge dichotomy of advice you get about your health. I don't need to tell you how many cheeseburgers and cans of coke are good for you, and indeed I will not. There are just too many variables, for cheeseburgers were not all formed equally. Surfice to say, if you want to lose weight are Cheeseburgers (in the form we just know we are referring to) going to help that process? I think we are on the same page.
