Slimming Massage?

I have just read an interesting post, which makes me a little nervous! After all, if you had the choice between sweaty hard work that made you feel exhausted in an effort to lose those pounds or a nice relaxing massage, which would YOU choose? http://style.uk.msn.com/health/articles.aspx?cp-documentid=150067038
Absolutely! So would I (massage that is). It sounds too good to be true doesn't it. Well I will leave you to finish that sentence! There is nothing wrong with a little bit of relaxation. We would encourage it. But don't fool yourself into thinking a few massages a week will do the trick by itself.
  
Get yourself a routine that includes some proper exercise and a nutritious diet, and if you stick to it and start getting results why not treat yourself to a nice relaxing, if not weight losing Massage!
