GFS features a powerful analysis and reporting tool enabling users to track, chart and report their progress and activity throughout their fitness programmes. GFS also includes a motivation system that uses email to motivate and remind users to log their results if they fail to do so over a set period of time.
  
The PT and client can communicate with one another using the internal email system within GPTSS. For instance, the coach may send their clients motivational messages, fitness reminders to complete their workouts
or answers to their fitness questions. This email information is confidential between the client and PT.
The coaching system includes real-time chat technology enabling PT and client to chat online at no cost. This feature can also be used for Q&A sessions.
An extensive library of support materials to utilise in the efficient management of online clients. This includes an array of health and fitness articles, surveys and quick tips to support and educate each client, assigned by the PT based upon the client’s individual goals and fitness programme.
 
Each online PT can assign fitness goals for their clients using this feature and each client can use their journal to record entries about these goals. This may include food in-take, workout experience, energy levels or any other observation or query relating to their programme. The PT is able to view all journal entries
made by each of their clients and respond accordingly.
