When using the word "Personal Trainer Online", www.personal-trainer-online.co.uk, or "we" it is used to describe and refer to the private limited company trading as Corporate Fitness Limited LTD.

Corporate Fitness Limited helps our site users find a fitness trainer and obtain information relating to health and fitness. In no way is a contract formed between Corporate Fitness Limited and the trainer and any subsequent relationship entered into is solely between the trainer and the site user.

We recommend that you take time to read our article on how to choose a personal trainer and check the credentials of the trainer before you purchase their services, including their insurance, first aid and qualifications. We also recommend you undergo a medical examination prior to taking part in any physical exercise.

Corporate Fitness Limited makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents and disclaims all such warranties and representations. All trainers registered on personal-trainer-online.co.uk are independent contractors and we accept no responsibility for any mal-practice resulting from relationships with our registered trainers and their clients.  Furthermore, any information on this site may be subject to technical or typographical errors and any liability arising from said inaccuracies or errors is excluded.

Neither Corporate Fitness Ltd nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives will be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties. An entry does not mean that personal-trainer-online.co.uk endorses or accredits the qualifications and/or skills of trainers appearing in it.
 
Notwithstanding the foregoing, none of the exclusions and limitations in the clause are intended to limit any rights you may have against any of the individuals, firms, companies or other entities appearing on this site and not being Corporate Fitness Ltd with whom you may enter into an agreement for the provision of goods or services as consumer under local law or other statutory rights which may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees or agents.
